Pretty typical story actually, wives work together, we end up hanging out; one thing lead to another and before you know it we drop umpteen thousands of dollars on an 18', 3500 pound smoking trailer.

Since taking delivery of "The Rig" as she's properly known on that cold February afternoon a couple years ago, we've worked to develop what we believe is as authentic an Alberta barbecue experience that exists. While we don't always agree on hockey teams, we do on what is quality barbecue.
